It Doesn't Get Any Better We were already familiar with Allen Cadillac and GMC since we previously owned a 2010 Cadillac SRX that was bought in Scottsdale. Tim in the Service area was always a big help and great communicator. I happened to meet Eric Tourbin in sales and he was a breath of fresh air. He was the perfect salesman. He went out of the way to find me the perfect car. I never felt any pressure. Once we purchased the car, he spent a great deal of time explaining how everything worked. The next day I ordered all weather floor mats and he helped me through the process. Of all the cars I've purchased this was without a doubt the best experience. I spent 47 years working for Disney so I understand the importance of the cast member (employee). Eric is special and a credit to his profession, which does not always have a great reputation. I look forward to continuing to work with Tim in service. So I have the perfect combination of Sales and Service. You can't ask for more then that at a dealership. More

Overall everyone who greeted us was polite, the establishment was clean, and we appreciated the amenities available during our visit. We feel that Eric, however, was the best part of our experience! Completely knowledgable about the products available; the very few questions he did not have an answer for he worked quickly to ascertain an answer for us; he is highly professional and incredibly personable and accommodating. We seriously could not be happier with our experience and we would (and have already) recommend Eric's services to all of our friends or anyone who we know is in the market for a new vehicle. We felt zero stress and our children had a place to play while we did our paperwork. We negotiated and they worked with us on pricing as well. We didn't get 100% of what we wanted in a trade in credit with our minivan, but close enough under the circumstances. We still need to go back and learn about our GMC, I have a several questions on Denali's new gadgets. We left after the purchase paperwork because my twins, age 6, were hungry and tired, otherwise Eric would have gone over questions that day. More
