I was told the vehicle would be detailed, but it look that clean to me. Also, when I got in it after delivery, I noticed that it had been driven in the 4A mode, which I found odd in such a nice dry day. All was going well until a few hours after owning the Bronco, numerous check engine lights came on. I had to take it to a different dealer for the problem. I asked for their help in reaching out to Ford to try to get some help with my issue. I was given the impression that they weren't interested in following up to try to help me resolve the issue. I would say that the service and customer attitude were seriously lacking after the sale. In other words, once they got my money they could care less about me or my vehicle problem. It has been more than 5 days since the warning lights illuminated and still no vehicle. Buyer beware. More
Did a great job repairing my 2022 Edge. I brought it in on Monday and asked if they could have it done by Friday. They did have it done and the work was excellent. I brought it in on Monday and asked if they could have it done by Friday. They did have it done and the work was excellent. More

Just purchased a 2020 used vehicle from All World Ford in Hortonville, Wi. However, when I got the vehicle home, I noticed a “Rope Tire Plug” on the driver side rear tire. And to make matters worse, the pl Hortonville, Wi. However, when I got the vehicle home, I noticed a “Rope Tire Plug” on the driver side rear tire. And to make matters worse, the plug was installed on the shoulder/sidewall of the tire. After noticing the "plug", I went to a local tire shop and was told puncture repairs are limited to the center of the tread area. If there are punctures or damages in the shoulder or sidewall of the area, it is not repairable. Bottom line – “the tire should have never been plugged on the sidewall, it is considered dangerous and the tire should have been replaced”. And most importantly, the vehicle should have never been sold with a plugged tire. This is considered illegal under section 2-314 of the Uniform Commercial Code (merchantability). Also, if you buy a car from a licensed Wisconsin dealership, you are protected by Wisconsin’s Motor Vehicle Trade Practice Laws, and may file for legal proceedings for any improprieties involved in vehicle dealings. A violation of this code can ultimately result in damages for the buyer. I then contacted the staff at the car dealership and they stated they did not know of the plug. REALLY? They should have told me about the "plug" prior to purchase, any ethical car dealership would have – “Professional dealerships are to perform a used vehicle inspection and complete a window disclosure label before offering a vehicle for sale. They are also required to list any problems they should "reasonably" have known about, based on their inspection, test drive, and paperwork check”. This was not done. To the dealership`s credit, they did eventually offer a replacement tire. However, since I would not drive the truck on a “damaged” tire to pick up the replacement, I asked that they deliver the tire to my home since the dealership was over 60 miles away from my home. They then offered to deliver the tire to a “bar” over 25 miles from my home and asked that I pick up the tire there. Eventually, had to drive 2nd vehicle to the dealership to pick up the replacement tire. What a farce…………. More
Once the issue was deemed authentic, the service manager & I scheduled an appointment day and time to have my vehicle serviced. After dropping my 2014 Edge off for service (the "Driver Door Ajar" dash light & I scheduled an appointment day and time to have my vehicle serviced. After dropping my 2014 Edge off for service (the "Driver Door Ajar" dash light would randomly come on) I was provided with a ride home. The work was finished in a couple hours as promised. Since replacement of the driver door sensor switch I have not experienced the problem. All staff personnel that I dealt with were very nice. I'll definitely have my Edge serviced there again. More
I ordered a truck in August 2021 but it did not come in until May 2022. The dealer kept in touch via e-mail when I reached out to my salesperson. He answered my questions to the best of their ability. T until May 2022. The dealer kept in touch via e-mail when I reached out to my salesperson. He answered my questions to the best of their ability. The price had gone up in the 9 months I waited for it, but they honored the price we agreed to when the truck was ordered. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and am satisfied. More
