Having built a relationship over years, our plans to bring multiple vehicles, dropping off one and picking up another outside of normal business hours, was foiled because we didn't want to pay by credit bring multiple vehicles, dropping off one and picking up another outside of normal business hours, was foiled because we didn't want to pay by credit at additional fees. So the car did not get in for the scheduled repair and sat waiting for an opening, then waiting for parts, and we drove the farm truck to work in its place. The mechanics were apologetic. Don't know if my husband spoke to Josh or who, but they said they would put a note on our account allowing for a check at pick-up, even after hours. We really appreciate that, since I do taxes and have very little time to run vehicles for service, let alone wait for them in March/April. More
