Horrible experience after the sell Everything was ok...until after the deal was done. Then I began receiving calls that more money out of pocket was owed which was not in the contract o Everything was ok...until after the deal was done. Then I began receiving calls that more money out of pocket was owed which was not in the contract or financial paperwork. They would not admit to a mistake or work with me to come to a solution even though the banks procedure was not followed by the dealership. They were basically threatening me with an expired temporary tag and holding my license plate/tags until I paid for the mistake. The General Manager would not return my phone call, had other people return my calls and was told he is not involved in the day to day operations. This dealership lost myself and everyone I know as a future customer over less than a thousand dollars on a multi vehicle deal due to the lack of customer service and admitting mistakes. I would advise going to any other Ford dealership. More

The service bill had already been paid in full, but we had asked if anyone could assist my husband with loading and explained he had just gotten out of the hospital, we stated they could add to the bill and we would pay in cash today for the help. The unfriendly man at the desk picked up the phone, made a call and replied no. We are long time Ford buyers and recently purchased a 2018 F450 King Ranch, but will never return or recommend this Ford dealership to anyone. More

Took way too long for basic service I had an 8 am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, fluid check and a couple other basic services. I told the staff ahead of time I was saying during the service and was only one of two people in the waiting room. It took three and a half hours for them to finish and there seemed to be no sense of urgency and this isn’t the first time this has happened. I don’t understand why the purpose is of scheduling appointments if it’s going to take half the day. More
