My wife struck something on the interstate destroying the exhaust system on her Murano. I called the dealership spoke to Mary and had the car towed in. In our first conversation Mary explained the process for the estimate and possible timeline for having the car repaired. Mary was so pleasant and forthcoming with her explanation including possible delays in the repair process ie, a holiday and availability of parts. Mary's ability to answer all questions my questions and her confidence and positive attitude were so refreshing, I never even asked for a completion date. My wife's car was completed quickly and with absolutely no issue. MY wife is a Hospice Nurse and her car is her office. Having it repaired and back in service quickly was a must. I would recommend All Star Nissan for anyone needing Nissan service/repairs and tell them to ask for Mary. More
I was scammed at All Star Nissan and contacted once by the general manager who then never called me back as he said he would. I filed a claim with the better business bureau and All Star won’t respond to the general manager who then never called me back as he said he would. The service department is fraudulently charging customers for changing out parts that they say are bad and then not changing them, which is FRAUD! My Nissan was having issues so I brought it in. They told me that the spark plugs were bad and needed to be changed out. Paid them $430 and the next day the car was still having issues, so I brought it in to a private mechanic shop and lo and behold…. The “new” spark plugs were the original spark plugs and never changed. Not sure what their end game was, but this is extremely disturbing and I would not doubt that it is a scam they run on many customers… More

IF I WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER, I WOULD'VE WENT OUT OF TOWN. I'LL TRY TO PATRONIZE MY BATON ROUGE BUSINESS IN MY TOWN.
