If I could rate it 0 stars I would. All Star Hyundai made me wait almost 2 months for an appointment and then once they got my car I couldn’t get in contact with them. I called and call All Star Hyundai made me wait almost 2 months for an appointment and then once they got my car I couldn’t get in contact with them. I called and called and the calls continued to be ended after I would wait on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally got in contact with someone my car had been there almost a month and they hadn’t even looked at it. Told me that sometimes the appointments just “disappear” in the system and he had no idea when they would be able to get to my car. When they finally did work on my car they still did not call or contact me to let me know. I had to physically go to the place to ask questions and to check on the progress of my car. I will never, ever bring my car back here. this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. More
Short and sweet. She needs help with her communication skills. She called me while I was in the lobby and say are you in the lobby, Didn’t say hello this is so-and-so from Hyundai, just said are you in the lobby, smh. So they was gonna fix something on my car and one of the parts for light was in my trunk so before I can explain to her where it was, she said, oh are you gonna have order that. Needless to say I finally was able to tell her that it was in the trunk of my car. Communicate better people communicate better. More
The service department provided a quote for brake work and wiper blades for 3 hours of work. The total time took 7 hours not including trying to get them to remedy the excessive time. The service manager would not work my daughter on costs even though she had her car there for an 8:30 AM appointment and due to lack of mechanics on schedule, a service lift broken down and two mechanics having to share a car lift these all added to the total time for repairs. My daughter was 2 hours late for work as a result of the service departments issues. Also the actual costs were more than the quoted price. I will not recommend their service or their sales and I have used them since 2013. To top things off, Renee told my daughter that if she was late for work that was her issue and that she should have provided her days schedule to them. Are they for real? More

Horrible! Rude. Refused to do recalls on my vehicle, would not communicate as to when I might get my car back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES OR CALLS BACK!!! Threw me and my mother out ! Dropped key in wind would not communicate as to when I might get my car back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES OR CALLS BACK!!! Threw me and my mother out ! Dropped key in window and told us to leave because I asked what was being done to my car... Really? If you want to deal with belligerent, rude people who act like they are doing you a huge favor to even look at you then this is the place to go. It should not be called the "Service department" is really little people may approach GODS THRONE if you dare! More
