Just upholding something like manufacturer warranty had not been done for me having to pay a note on a vehicle they can’t fix! Well they can fix but pure neglect reflects in management all the way to the person customer sees as well as the person fixing mechanical repairs there is no one qualified here to complete simple manufacturer warranty services promised by Hyundai so it doesn’t matter if you get the best warranty having to drive a new vehicle and no ac for 6-9 months because they don’t care and neglect many attempts to contact them to get the vehicle I pay a note on that I got from them had several times not met bare minimum of promised services I paid for! More

The service dept needs a major tune asap. Almost felt like I was in a bait & switch game. I love my Hyundai Sante Fe Sport and have had great service in the past. My most recent visit had some problems, however. On an oil change the oil drain bolt was not bolted on properly, which led to service in the past. My most recent visit had some problems, however. On an oil change the oil drain bolt was not bolted on properly, which led to an oil leak, and in addition there was too much oil added as indicated by the dip stick level (about 5/8 inch over the “Full mark”). AllStar quickly remedied the leaking oil problem, but once again added too much oil. I removed 12 ounces of oil when I returned home in order to get the level at the Full mark. I suspect that they added oil as if they had replaced the filter and there was too much oil as a result. I will still use them in the future but will check levels before I leave the dealership. More

I was pleased wi my service & I did set a same day appmnt that morning; however, I only gave them a 4 because the appmnt time was VERY lengthy...2.5 hours...not expected since I only did a small check up.
