I bought my vehicle in for oil change and a tire replacement. The first time I walked in I was ignored for minutes until they saw fit to ask what I needed and I was the only customer that can in. I returned about 30-45 minutes later as soon as I walked in Mr. Kenneth stood up and helped me with hesitation. Mr. Kenneth customer service was awesome but for Jarmarius and the black lady on the end (I didn't get her name) their customer service stills need major work. As for the team or person who put on my tire, you had more gook on the outside of the tire. Overall, I think they can be more professional than what they have been.
