Excellent Purchase Experience I arrived at dealership with a vehicle in mind and Larry, my sales rep, arranged a test drive. Either through conversation, judging my reactions or bo I arrived at dealership with a vehicle in mind and Larry, my sales rep, arranged a test drive. Either through conversation, judging my reactions or both following that test drive initial test drive, Larry determined (correctly) that I was not really comfortable with the initial vehicle choice. He then made an alternative suggestion and asked if I would like to test drive. At no point during the process was Larry's demeanor or tactics too aggressive. He simply made a judgement and offered a viable alternative. I ended up purchasing the alternative vehicle. Overall, I left All Star feeling extremely satisfied. My career is in quality control and customer service. The essence of good customer service is fulfilling the needs of the customer even when they aren't obvious. Larry, Daryl (sales manager) and Robert (finance) did that and then some. Thanks! More
