Saved from a terrible lease! I went in to pick up my car after being serviced, but ended up meeting with Daryl Cohen the sales manager. Our previous experience at Ralph Sellers wa I went in to pick up my car after being serviced, but ended up meeting with Daryl Cohen the sales manager. Our previous experience at Ralph Sellers was awful to say the least and we were basically tricked into a lease, which was partially our fault for not specifically analyzing every piece of our contract. We were more interested in buying at the time because we knew our miles would be well over what is in a lease, but the salesman assured us he had fixed everything the way we needed (total lie). After learning about our experience and recognizing the lease deal we never wanted was going to hurt us more in the long run Daryl was extremely apologetic and vowed to make it right. He took note of exactly what we wanted, because I actually hated the previous vehicle, and then went into his office and began working on a deal for us. After an hour he came back with the exact figure we were looking for with the exact vehicle we wanted, not a lease and with terms we requested. His team member Mark showed us the vehicle and ensured we were taken care of during the wait. Dan in finance made sure that we understood everything in our contract and was extremely patient in explaining everything. This was by far the absolute best customer service experience we have ever had, and with that type of treatment we will remain customers for life. I truly cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much to Daryl and your team, you guys helped us more than you know and we are so appreciative of that!!! More
