This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The entire staff was professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, patient, with no high-pressure sales techniques. Sales and leasing consultant, Kendall Theunissen provided expertise, patience, and kindness. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my experience was a positive one and he succeeded. I have passed along this positive information to friends and family and any future auto purchases I make will be made at this dealership. Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra a few months ago. The hinge on the inside of the door snapped in half and the door is now out of place and messing up the fender. The dealership will not warranty this bec hinge on the inside of the door snapped in half and the door is now out of place and messing up the fender. The dealership will not warranty this because they said that the doors on the 2 door Elantra are too heavy for the hinges and that if the car was on any kind of incline or any wind was blowing that it would cause the hinge to break.... MAKE BETTER CARS! Will NEVER deal with All Start or Hyundai again for anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! More
