I went to Hyundai on airline and when I say Travis J gave me the best service it was just the best. Travis helped me even when I wasn’t ready to purchase. They don't follow instructions. I have to go back and get a my maintenance scheduler reset. They didn't do it. Do you like being stranded on the side of the road with your children? Are you in the market for a $20,000 lemon? Well Hyundai All Star seems to specialize in that. You would think you’d be safe getting a your children? Are you in the market for a $20,000 lemon? Well Hyundai All Star seems to specialize in that. You would think you’d be safe getting a used vehicle from a “reputable” dealership and getting an extra warranty but the second you sign those papers you can forget about getting any kind of help after they sell you a lemon. Knowingly or unknowing, we were sold a broken car that started with its issues almost immediately after purchasing, Hyundai All Star needs to take responsibility for their mistake. It has been in the shop five times now for over 100 days combined! They replaced the entire transmission and still haven’t fixed the issue, but when they FINALLY offered to buy back the vehicle it was at $7,000 less than we bought it for only SIX MONTHS AGO. Not to mention that they REFUSED to buy it back unless we bought another vehicle from them… unfortunately for them I value the lives of my children more than the $2,000 they were willing to give us over another dealership. Don’t put they lives of your family at risk by buying a vehicle from this dealership! More
