Be careful when dealing with finance staff Sales person was the best!! Finance staff created a miserable experience. Nine family members lost vehicles in recent Louisiana flooding. We lost everything. My sister and I came in and bought sonatas together within just a few brief hours. My sister explained that she had driven a recent vehicle for 20 years and only had 66,000 miles on it and that we wanted to limit our expenses because of the devastation of financial loss that we had experience because of the flood. Yet Robert charged us $4600 on extended warranties for each vehicles that we did not need and did not realize that we were paying for. When we came back the next day and asked them to remove the $3000 extended warranty, the $765 extended Tire and wheel warranty And the Gap insurance. (Purchased for $250 from our credit union) Robert became sullen and acted VERY unprofessional . He was so resentful that he was losing his part of the commission ! It was very upsetting to both of us. We had just purchased $$50k +++ of cars and directed other family members to another dealership.. More
