Great service on the sale - Worried about service after The salesperson was very helpful during the sale process. Of course she was! However, after the 9/17/2016 sale, I realized that my "supposed to be n The salesperson was very helpful during the sale process. Of course she was! However, after the 9/17/2016 sale, I realized that my "supposed to be new" 2017 Elantra had an April inspection sticker - 5 months old. I called the salesperson to ask why and was told she thought inspection stickers were put on the vehicles when they come into the lot, but that she would find out for sure and call me back. To date, I have not received a call back. I think I have been given the run-around, because #1 - I did not see any new cars on the lot with inspection stickers and #2 - I question whether a 2017 car was EVEN on the lot in April of 2016? This, coupled with the fact that someone else's cellphone was synced into my "new" car (makes me think that somebody had use of the car and then it was sold to me as new), and the fact that the salesperson has not called me back, has made me suspicious of this dealership. At the very least, I feel as though I have been cheated out of several months of inspection by All Star. I feel that All Star was more than cordial upon making the sale. I am disappointed that they chose to ignore my questions about such a simple thing as a new inspection sticker. I am worried that their service will not live up to their sales attention. Only time will tell if I will be a repeat customer or will recommend them to my friends and family. More
