On April 17, 2023, I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra at All Star Automotive. Sales Consultant Zarius Green walked me through the process of purchasing the car. Zarius made sure I had full coverage Insuranc All Star Automotive. Sales Consultant Zarius Green walked me through the process of purchasing the car. Zarius made sure I had full coverage Insurance on the car. He worked with me for hours to make sure I had everything straight with the car before I pulled off the car lot. Zarius took time and showed me everything the car offered and how it worked. That was not an easy task with me being 66 years old and trying to make sense of all the wonderful things the car can do. Of course I couldn’t remember everything Zarius was showing me, so I called him the next day, but he had already left to go home. Zarius came back to the dealership to show me again what to do which button to push and other things I didn’t have no idea how to use. Jake Saia, Sales Manager worked with me with the financial part of purchasing the car. He made sure I understood everything I signed, he explained in great detail’s what was being financed and how it benefited me. These two wonderful men helped me when I purchased this beautiful new car. I wanted to show my appreciation by doing the survey. I did the survey and I gave high scores because they earned them. I gave a great review because they earned this as well. But somehow while I was doing the survey, I either misread a question or accidentally gave a yes answer to a question that warranted a no answer. Because of my mistake, my oversight, I caused these two men their bonus. For that I am so sorry. I want to fix this, I tried to fix it but of course once I submitted the survey I couldn’t redo it or correct my error. Hopefully the right person read this review and make things right for Zarius Green and Jake Saia. Once again I am so very sorry you didn’t receive your bonus because of my error. More

3/27 Absolutely horrible experience so far. My car has been virtually sitting at the new location for nearly 3 weeks. I cannot get ahold of anyone via phone. I always get, “I can take your number and have them call you back!” They have only called once to tell me what needed to be done. I was told i wouldn’t need a loaner because my car would be done very quickly. That was 5 days ago. Beyond infuriating to have no idea of a timeline or even an update. Especially considering the amount of $$$ i’m spending. I understand they are very busy, but this is crazy. 3/28 I finally got a call with an update late in the afternoon after calling 2 times today. They are waiting on “parts to be delivered.” I was told last week there were no parts to be delivered and that it would be done by Friday of LAST week. Now they are saying my car will not be ready until NEXT week. It’s nice to have an update, but it’s going to be almost a month since I’ve seen my car by that point. I asked for a loaner and they said they’d “call back in an hour with an update on that.” Ha. That was over 3 hours ago More
