VERY Insulting and Demeaning Dealership This was the MOST INSULTING business I have ever encountered. I was working on purchasing a car from Larry, who was a nice guy, and when I called to This was the MOST INSULTING business I have ever encountered. I was working on purchasing a car from Larry, who was a nice guy, and when I called to speak to him regarding the price and to let him know I wanted the vehicle, the phone call was intercepted by Jude, who stated that Larry was with another guest and asked for the details so he could help. I let him know the price that was discussed and that I could not change the price because I was unemployed for the past year due to some major health problems. He began to become irate because I couldn't change my price offer (which it wasn't his sale anyway) and referenced the health issues that I went through as "THE PRICE YOU PAY BECAUSE OF THE LIFESTYLE CHOICES YOU MADE". He made his INCORRECT and ASININE assumption based off the fact that I am a guy with a higher toned voice. It doesn't take much to realize what he meant by that, but this was FAR from the case, and definitely cost them a sale. I spoke with a manager, Lee, about this, but my request for him to let me know the outcome of the situation has gone unanswered. I have noticed on other reviews that are left regarding this dealership that the reviewers are given an "apology" on the website with a chance to speak with someone regarding the matter. I am not sure what becomes of it when you've already spoken to a manager and receive no type of resolution and you're still incredibly insulted by the ignorance of the presumptuous and unwarranted behavior of their staff. More

The main reasons I stayed with AllStar is I have had nothing but positive service experiences with special mention of Brad Goodman my service advisor. In 40 years of purchasing vehicles this current purchase has been the most pleasant. Everyone I dealt with from sales, management and finance were professional and friendly. Special thanks to my salesman Jude Zamalloa who was very personable, smiling and whom I felt was genuinely interested in me. He went above and beyond in assistance with some special needs required in this purchase. He is certainly an asset to AllStar and to Hyundai! More

I was in a very bad wreck that totaled my GT and was not looking forward to buying a new car after only 4 years, but Jude was FANTASTIC!! I went in wanting to test drive 3 different models and after listening to what I was looking for he suggested the Sonata, which I was not even considering, and it was perfect for me. I also wasn't looking to buy that day, and Jude was no pressure. However, I did end up buying that day because the deal was so good. I have always recommended Hyundai to my friends, but now I will also be sending them directly to Jude. He made what was a very difficult time for me really easy. More
