The week after purchasing the car began to stall. Hello, My name is Alizcia Gurule' and I purchased a car from the dealership about 11 months ago. The week after purchasing the car began to stall. I was advised by the service department located at All Star, that there was nothing that could be done because the issue could not be duplicated. Nonetheless, the car continued to stall meaning I would be driving 50/70 miles an hour and the car's speed would drastically decline and run hot. I would literally have to turn the heater on to cool the car down in the summer. In addition, I almost died a total of three times because of this stall because of being idle on freeways and back roads to Sacramento. The car would overheat & stall, and it would be a waiting game to start the car back up or possibly be rear ended by another driver. Luckily, after the numerous calls, speaking to a manager and leaving a bad review/rating I was finally helped. The service manager drove the car about 100 miles, I did not care because it was necessary, although it was disturbing.The service manager was finally able to duplicate the and at last a repair was made. I continued maintenance on my car, including oil changes and tire rotations (the basics). However, in December after only having the car for 8 months, the initial problem arose AGAIN. I contacted All Star and was advised I could take my car to any Winter Chevrolet, but when I did I was turned away. I then decided to take my car to Big O Tires, however, the General Manager stated I should have a warranty for my car. I contacted All Star and was told to have the GM call the warranty company. I obliged the request and the GM for Big O Tires called and was told absolutely nothing was covered. I have attached the bill and everything that was replaced, I was told by Big O tires that they never saw a line clogged like that before. I cried and agreed to pay because I felt defeated and overwhelmed. Next another 600 was added plus more labor cost and the total went to 4600+. I needed my car, a car I loved because of sentimental value, a car I purchased with funds given to me after the murder of my son at DVHS in 2020. The car ran great for a few days, now it is back to stalling and overheating. I do not have the funds to repair and I am tired of begging for help with a car I haven't even had a year. My Chevy Cruze is doing its best but overheats without the engine light and radar advising that it is hot. I have not taken it back to Big O Tires because I am scared. I took it to a Chevy dealership and was told they couldn't help unless I paid out of pocket and then advised I could purchase a new vehicle with 2k down and 560 payment and VOLUNTARILY REPO my chevy. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!! I have since stopped payment on the repairs to my car because it is not fair to me that I am stuck with a lemon. In doing so my credit has dropped over 30 points. I have also checked myself into a mental hospital because the continuous issues with my car are draining me. I don't understand how I maintain my car as normal people do, yet I still have issues non-stop and have paid more for repairs than the car is actually worth. I received a call from the service manager and customer relations, they duly advised that you would contact me directly. I know that my family and friends have posted numerous comments with regard to the car I was sold and the continuous issues, many pre-existing and refuse to stop until it is addressed. Yet, it has not been addressed and I am wondering when someone, anyone will reach out. Attached are the repairs minus the catalytic converter that was also replaced with additional labor cost. I have also attached the carfax proving that I have done my due diligence. Attached are also some of the additional maintenance I have been forced to do. If needed I will also provide all my oil changes and tire rotations. This is the second time I have bought a car from All Star Hyundai. This time I got the Sonata Limited Edition, and it's an amazing car! The Sales, Finance and Service staff at All Star Hyundai is the best Hyundai. This time I got the Sonata Limited Edition, and it's an amazing car! The Sales, Finance and Service staff at All Star Hyundai is the best you can ask for. Their help and service exceed expectations. Special call out to Rezaul Bashar (if you need a new car, he'll get you the best deal without even asking) and David for giving me a better deal than I was expecting. Thanks much! More
Update as of 2/10/2021;This Dealer has gone from ok, to Update as of 2/10/2021; This Dealer has gone from ok, to really BAD, I am a returning customer that has purchased 2 vehicles few years ago, well, I t Update as of 2/10/2021; This Dealer has gone from ok, to really BAD, I am a returning customer that has purchased 2 vehicles few years ago, well, I tried to convert a Lease end into a Purchase on 2/7/2021. what a JOKE! this people are BIG Time Scammers now. they seriously don't know what they are doing there, all are into selling you a new, and not helping you with the LEASE they sold you in the first place. After over 3 hrs waiting (and to make things worse, I was the ONLY Customer on that morning, so they were not busy), they tried to oversell/charge on GAP, and Extended Warranty, charge unnecessary DMV fees (even as the registration in current and just paid a day before and trying to sell me a bad LOAN of 6.9% (because is a USED Vehicle) or so they said, keep in mind that our credit scores are 750 & 784. I decided to leave and try on a different HYUNDAI dealer I had also bought a vehicle before, and wow what a difference. I got a loan 3.5%, zero down, only paid $30 DMV fee, no GAP and didn't try to oversell the extended, as my current Hyundai Mfg. Warranty still valid for 2 more years or 41,000 miles on the bumper to bumper, and still have 7 years or 81,000 miles left on the Power train warranty that is 10/100,000 as my car only have 18,000 miles. And no to mention that I was there just a bit over 1 hr total. I will NEVER, EVER go back to this SCAMMERS! More

Rezaul honored what he promised and took care of us and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional add ons. The sales manager, Sam, was also great and cooperative. If you are looking for a new Hyundai, Rezaul is the person you want to work with. I had to drive almost one and half hour together there, however, it was totally worth it.
