Warranty Refunds I traded a vehicle I purchased from Honda of Abilene which I had also purchased an extended warranty, when I tried to get my refund they kept putting I traded a vehicle I purchased from Honda of Abilene which I had also purchased an extended warranty, when I tried to get my refund they kept putting me off , I made at least 30 calls finally had to go in to their office, it took me 6 months to get my refund. Also on the back of the warranty contract it states if you cancel they have 45 days to refund or they will incur a 10% penalty per month. They acted like there is no such law and laughed. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing. DDK More
