Oil change for life I drove up and was met at my car by an extremely friendly young man. He got my info and my keys and told me as one tech was at lunch it would be abou I drove up and was met at my car by an extremely friendly young man. He got my info and my keys and told me as one tech was at lunch it would be about 45 min. Right at 45 min he came and got me. Explained what was done and sent me on my way. Very pleasant experience. no parts after an hour of looking, they said that the switch was at fault, but no switch in inventory. I drove 60miles for the service, now I need to drive 60 after an hour of looking, they said that the switch was at fault, but no switch in inventory. I drove 60miles for the service, now I need to drive 60 more miles ( one way) again. Why is a switch so hard to keep in inventory. I have no problem with the employee who waited on me . It was not his fault. He did a good job. More
