Express oil change Great service. The only thing I would suggest is that you still allow existing (long-time) customers to reserve a time for oil changes. I have have Great service. I have have automobiles serviced at your dealership since 2008, and it is a little off-putting to be told (by reception that the policy has changed) that existing customers needing oil changes cannot reserve a time anymore. I get wanting to create an Express oil change business, but repeat customers (12 years in my case) have to get in line with first time (or only one-time) customers. More

Needed Help on the road We had a headlight out and needed a quick replacement. We were on our way home about 300 miles away. Jewelz was the person in the service department who signed us in. She was helpful and worked quickly to get the light and had the technician (I didn't get the name) install it so we could get back on the road. These folks make me glad we own a Honda and feel we can get quality service anywhere. Please acknowledge them and let them know how much we appreciate their help. More
Oil change I appreciated the friendliness of the service man and his professionalism. He quickly took care of the oil change and did the usual check of tires, et I appreciated the friendliness of the service man and his professionalism. He quickly took care of the oil change and did the usual check of tires, etc. My tires need to be replaced soon, so he gave me a quote on new tires (good for 30 days) and did not pressure me to buy from him. I intend to go back and buy my tires because of the price and the services included (free tire rotation, flats, etc.). More

Dead battery and car inspection My battery had died since I had not driven my Honda 2018 CRV in 3 weeks. Therefore the doors were locked and the remote could not be used due to dead My battery had died since I had not driven my Honda 2018 CRV in 3 weeks. Therefore the doors were locked and the remote could not be used due to dead battery. I could not get the door open to release the hood latch using the kay in the remote (was turning it the wrong direction. ) I called Dennis the service manager about the problem, thinking I was going to have it towed in. He said he would come to the house to check it. He and a technician came and he showed me how to use the key and they jumped the battery and started it. He suggested at least starting it weekly if I did not plan to drive it to keep the battery charged. He suggested letting it run for several hours to fully get it charged, which I did. The next morning I took it in for service and inspection for a tag and the battery tested 100%. They were so helpful at the service place and kept me informed of the status. This could have been a disastrous situation and a tow charge, but Dennis came to the rescue. What a wonderful example of customer service for the Honda Dealership, and from the manager himself. You hired an amazing manager. While waiting for the service to be completed, I listened to the other service staff talk with the customers who came for service. They were so kind and helpful and informative to them. GREAT SERVICE. The Columbian roast coffee was delicious. Kudos to whoever selected the coffee for the waiting area. Very accommodating and friendly waiting area. More
Happy cutomer I have been going to Honda for several years and had quite because it was not clean, the people there were unfriendly and never knew what they were do I have been going to Honda for several years and had quite because it was not clean, the people there were unfriendly and never knew what they were doing, there was a dog running around in there and a girl carrying it so I had taken my business somewhere else until I got the card I the mail and I was so surprised to find it was awesome!! I am so glad ad will come back again. It was clean and the people were so friendly and knew what they were doing. Very happy customer. More
