Could have been better I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and my front passenger seat belt port was sticking and would not work properly. I was told that a "tech" lo I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and my front passenger seat belt port was sticking and would not work properly. I was told that a "tech" looked at it and decided that a new port should be ordered. Ok, so I went back a few days later for them to install the new port. After an hour or so I was told that they had good news and bad news. The bad news is that the incorrect part had been ordered. The good news was that the "tech" took my original port apart and cleaned it and it was now working properly. It looked like something had been spilled in it. My only issue with all of this is: why didn't the original tech take it apart? It would have saved me a trip to Abilene, I live 60 miles away. And it would have saved the dealership the hassle of ordering a part and then returning the wrong part. Anyway, I'm thankful that it was a simple fix, and I hope that you can see that it was just a little frustrating. More
