Waiting around at a dealership is part of the process but I had an appointment and I was still left waiting. What’s more, I was not given any updates on what was happening during the wait. I nearly bought from another Honda dealer because I was able to conduct all the the business of the price, trade-in value, fees, and financing over the phone in 15 minutes. All that said, some upper management stepped in and made things right so I ended up purchasing a vehicle and getting, what I believe, was very fair deal. More

Be careful when you get to the finance guy. They slipped a $3400 warranty into the deal when we questioned them they said it was included and direct us to look at a different column on the sales breakdown s a $3400 warranty into the deal when we questioned them they said it was included and direct us to look at a different column on the sales breakdown sheet. I was told that I needed to sign the application for coverage to acknowledge.We discovered the lie today when the bank that financed it sent a statement and we saw the balance of the loan wasnt what we expected. We went through the copies we were given and sure enough the whole warranty contract was there. I would never buy a 3 year 45k mile warranty on new car that has a factory warranty that exceeds this. It was fraudulent, however I signed it and am stuck with it. My only recourse is to cancel the warranty and file a complaint with the bbb and report to the state attorney general s office so that if anyone else has the same issue then maybe an investigation will take place. So that's what I will do and be sure to let everyone I know what happened. More

Well after talking with Ruben we looked for ways for us to be able to get the best deal and he help us out tremendously. We didn't know much of the process but he helped us through the whole way from the beginning to the end. If you really want someone who will tell you how it is and what is worth and isn't worth then Ruben is your guy. We really appreciate his help and we'll definitely come back if we want to look for another vehicle. More

OUT FOR THE DEALERSHIP As we entered the dealership my daughter and I found a car we liked with a price across the windshield that we thought we could afford. After taking the car home overnight and talking with the friendly salesman, we decided to make an offer. We soon discovered there is no negotiation of price and that the windshield price was the lowest price they would consider. Caught up in the thought of a new car we proceeded to give the sale price, although the purchase would strain our budget. We waited in dealership some three hours because we were told there was only one finance person. We spent most of the time trying to see what we could afford per month, not concentrating ai all on the total we were paying out. When we finally got to see the finance guy, we were ushered into a back room; . We began to go through the papers one by one. One paper had explanation for the dealers prep addition to the price of the car. It was a worksheet and should have been given out before the rest of the papers were to be prepared.. I signed the papers hurriedly without giving any thought about their content. REMEMBER Pay attention to what your signing.!!! There will be time enough for sleeping when the dealing is done. BTW THE DEALERS PREP IS A CHARGE added to the cost of a car to make it into a great automobile. We were told it cost the dealership $2000 per car and that is why they add $900 to the sticker price. We just didn't realize the prep was on top of the advertised price of a car. The dealership should be more forward and display the actual cost of the vehicle.. We think we bought a good car but it cost more than we realized. More
charged for a repair i didn't need George is awesome, his customer service is amazing, I have no issues with him, he bent over backwards to help. I get that they can't recreate my issue, but I wasted money on a repair that ended up not being needed and when i asked for Honda to eat the cost of it I got no reply. I am extremely frustrated by my last service visit. More
