JR swooped in when we were ready to give up on a Honda purchase. He fixed weeks of paperwork and car issues from the sales staff and sincerely apologized for not getting involved sooner. No acknowledgement of my appointment, did not confirm any information at the desk like they usually do before telling me to take a seat. I decided to have someone pick me up because I was uncomfortable with information at the desk like they usually do before telling me to take a seat. I decided to have someone pick me up because I was uncomfortable with another customer watching inappropriate videos. I received a call that I missed, but I had no idea what it was for as the specific person did not leave me a message and they did not answer when I called back nor did the service department when I called that separate phone number. When I picked up my car, the girl said the technician told me I need to change my brakes “immediately”, yet no urgency in her voice whatsoever. (Also, my brakes were all marked green last time I had a service so a little skeptical that comment was even correct.) lastly, the servicer did not leave the normal sticker that gives me the reminder of my next service ie the mileage and/or date. Not sure what’s changed in the service center since my last visit, but I’m not impressed at all. ID like to add you MADE me have to choose an employee when I don’t even remember who helped me. I recommend that be taken off as a requirement to submit a review if you really are asking for a customers experience. More
