Was very impressed with the George who helped us at the service desk. I had a bad experience the last time that I was in and started to go elsewhere for my oil changes but gave them another chance and Geor service desk. Arthur in the service department is always great to work with. When I know my car is ready to be serviced he is the one I’m looking forward to seeing and catching up. I was there for an oil change, but wa with. When I know my car is ready to be serviced he is the one I’m looking forward to seeing and catching up. I was there for an oil change, but was pressured to buy a new car. My car is a 2017 paid off and it seemed like it was dollars signs and bells ringing to make a sale, get into a new car and have payments again. My car is perfect condition, but to be told I shouldn’t drive a Chevy is down right disrespectful. I grew up on Chevrolet and actually bought this Chevrolet from this dealership. It comes a time when No means no and not try to fast talk individuals cause I’m well educated and know my cars worth, so to try and offer $6000.00 below it’s worth just to make some quick cash is disrespectful in my eyes. I may just switch to a different location to get my service done if I’m going to be pressured to buy a new vehicle. Hope wherever I decide to go Arthur is there to assist. More
