Lack of communication, trying to get my car fixed under warranty like he stated. Bought a car within 3 months has issues then want to leave me stranded taking their time trying to fix it. People at Honda we’re great, but the warranty we payed for was a huge disappointment. We ask the service people to fix something thinking everything from bumper to bumper wouldn’t cost anything.
