My sale’s Rep was Severina. Due to no fault of her own; there was some difficulty in getting the right car that was ordered for me. Severina kept me informed doing the whole process. Once I get this final part put on my car. I will not be back. How you can half way do a repair puzzles me. Why you would put a 300.00 part on just to get damaged is beyond me. I had an appointment for Wed @ 1:30 to have the air bag light checked. They didn't even look at it & made excuses . He said they have 3 techitions & they have 5 jobs each.
