So my car has sat at Honda since March 13th because of a wheel issue....the service manager spoke with us and said they would get the car looked at and asked if we didn’t mind if they threw in a detail job wheel issue....the service manager spoke with us and said they would get the car looked at and asked if we didn’t mind if they threw in a detail job because of a new machine they wanted to train their guys on. Well it’s been there all week and no one would answer or return our phone calls to let us know what the xxxx was going on. And when we finally did get ahold of someone they said that the technician couldn’t “duplicate” the sound the car was making 🙄 so my husband had to physically go up there and take the advisor on a drive and magically they could hear it. So she then takes the technician that originally said nothing was wrong with the car and shows him and then he says “oh okay now I hear it”....which if you’re sitting anywhere in the car you could hear the issue. I don’t give a xxxx what anyone says, you could hear the issue...So then the advisor says I’ll get back to you and let you know what the technician says. Well we FINALLY get answer later on in the week and they say “hey it’s the brakes” 🤦🏻♀️....which we all know isn’t the right answer because the advisor knew we had already gotten the rotors done and the brakes were new... So....today which is March 22nd we go pick up the car because on Friday March 19th it wasn’t “ready” because the detail hadn’t even been done all week that the xxxx car sat there. By the way when we got it today, It was still dirty the way it was when we dropped it off 🤦🏻♀️🙄... So we got screwed not once but twice. The fact that the car sat there and didn’t get diagnosed properly twice is ridiculous. The fact that we, the customer, had TO GO UP THERE and show them what was wrong with the car is ridiculous. The fact that it sat there this entire time and it didn’t get detailed is ridiculous. I wish they would have been honest and just said “hey we haven’t touched your car because it wasn’t a priority” or just say anything else at all, instead of getting bent over and letting the xxxx car sit and us getting crapped on the way we did. I have never been so pissed in my life. I don’t know how the xxxx it sat there and sat there and sat there just for us to get xxxx on and avoided all freaking week and then when we go pick it up, they had barely sprayed the xxxx seats to make it look like they were “in the middle of detailing” the xxxx thing when we all know they didn’t do a xxxx thing to it. It was fun sitting on freshly wet seats by the way. I picked it up because I was tired of getting bent over the way we were. If I could give you guys a -1000 stars ⭐️ I would. It is xxxx poor on how the xxxx this was handled and how customers get treated there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Honda of Abilene to anyone. You’re better off Googling what’s going on with your car watching a xxxx YouTube video on how to fix the issue and detailing it yourself than taking your car there to sit and not have anyone communicate with you. There’s NOT ONE xxxx REASON OR EXCUSE for how we were treated. You guys are disgusting in your way of business and I will make sure to not recommend you guys to anyone. More

Communication and service could be improved.drove 70 miles only to be told that the part was not in stock. Service rep tried to make a problem right. She was very courteous and apologetic.
