ONE VERY SATISFIED GAMMY!!! I was in the market for a new/used vehicle. Being in Abilene that day, I had decided to drive through a few car lots to see if anything just jumped out at me. I had researched a couple of vehicles I was interested in online, but wanted to maybe test drive and look at them in person. I found several dif cars as I drove by the Honda Certified Used Car lot that caught my eye. So I pulled into their lot. That's when I met Eric. Eric is a very respectful young man who seemed very knowledgable about the vehicles he offered. I told him what I had in mind and the budget I wanted to stay within. He proceeded to show me the vehicles that had caught my eye. Of all days, it began to rain. Eric broke out the umbrellas to shelter us from the rain. Then the hail came, so we proceeded into the dealership for cover. Eric offered to pull the vehicle I was considering into their service bay so that my time there at the dealership would not have been wasted. Knowing what I was looking for, Eric gave me another option to consider on his lot, a Honda CR-V. My first thought, was OH NO, another option to consider, but then I realized he would not be doing HIS job if he didn't show my all options that met my criteria. Needless to say, after test driving both vehicles, I went with a NEW HONDA CR-V!!! Thank you Honda of Abilene for having knowledgable, courteous and respectful associates like Eric!!
