Best car purchase experience ever! My initial contact with Honda of Abilene started through the online chat window at the Honda of Abilene website, and I was quickly referred to Steve B My initial contact with Honda of Abilene started through the online chat window at the Honda of Abilene website, and I was quickly referred to Steve Burgh. He reached out right away and reponded to mutliple inquiries about several Honda models. He was very accommodating and patient through the process of selecting the model I ultimately purchased. I was singularly impressed with Steve's excellent customer service - 2nd to none! When I arrived at the dealership the vehicles I indicated primary interest in were moved to a location away from the main entrance and ready for test drives and examination. I did not have to wait at all. I have never found any salesman at any car dealership to go to such lenghts in accommodating a potential customer. In addition to the sales staff being the best, the showroom and workstations were clean, modern and provided a refreshing alternative to the typical auto purchasing experience. Finally, I drove from my town of San Angelo to Abilene with the expectation I would have a more favorable negotiation and trade experience than at the local Honda dealership. When all was said and done, I left a CD and my garage door opener in the car I traded and didn't realize it until well on my way home in my brand new 2014 Accord. It didn't make sense to turn around, so with one phone call, Steve committed he would get them sent to me. They were mailed to me the very next business day. There are few words to describe this level of customer care other than exceptional! I will return to Honda of Abilene for my next purchase and strongly recommend them to anyone I know is in the market for a new car! More
