The employees who schedule are great, but the technicians Karla was fantastic and very professional. The manager Aaron was not professional, he treated me like a little kid and assumed I was lying about how m Karla was fantastic and very professional. The manager Aaron was not professional, he treated me like a little kid and assumed I was lying about how my bumper being dented while getting my oil serviced by them because I've had other things damaged by them there. It's not my fault that two times I've brought it to them for service, something is damaged by their technicians. I understand he believes his technicians would never lie about damaging something, but the world is not perfect. People lie every day because they're afraid of losing their job. He was also wondering why I had pictures for the 3 things damaged over the last few months and would not understand I took pictures to have a date and time of things as PROOF because that's the way the military has trained me, to be detail oriented and notice When something is not right. How would I ever benefit from damaging my own vehicle? I gain nothing from that. Not only that, I also take exceptional care of my items because of how hard I work to earn every penny the military has given me. I understand accidents happen and i could have went on with them not fixing their mistake, but he could have at least treated me like an adult after everything I've sacrificed for my country for the last 6.5 years. More

Airbag replacement I think it took way too long for Honda to replace the air bags on my CRV car. I got a call from Tampa, Florida and they set an appointment for me to go in. I did and they replaced the airbag immediately. I am not happy about this lack of promptness in addressing a danger. This is my second CRV and this dealership is USUALLY good in addressing any problems. More
