My girlfriend (Andrea) and I had been looking online and had found a vehicle at Abilene Honda. Andrea contacted them and made an appointment with a saleswoman (Kayla Williams). we arrived Tuesday afternoon and were greeted by her as we drove in. Andrea had told me she (Kayla) had come in on her day off. She was very professional looking and told us the vehicle we had discussed was in front waiting. She asked if we wanted something to drink and we declined and we went to the vehicle. She showed us around the vehicle explaining some of the features. She (Kayla) was very knowledgeable about all the systems pertaining to the Honda. I was impressed as i am a mechanic and am prone to ask hard questions.Kayla had also brought up another comparable vehicle of a clearance she thought we may like. We test drove both vehicles and decided on our original choice.Not that we didn't like the other we just knew our needs...We sat down and filled out some papers and numbers to figure what deal we could get. What i like about Kayla was her straight forward honesty she asked where we want to be at our payment and what we want for a total. We told her and she said if i can get you there will you buy the car. We said yes and she took that to her boss and came back with great news. She didn't waste time doing the back and forth or pressure to get a different vehicle. It's nice to see someone in the field that can be straight and tell you yes or no without wasting your time. The only thing that would make the experience better would be if we got it for free, but that's not going to happen..Kayla Williams is a very knowledgeable person that treats people fairly and without judgement. She is very personable and great to talk to. I wish her luck in anything she does ...Thank you Kayla Williams More
Awful Service I got an appointment and dropped my car off at 5 PM knowing I'd have to leave it over night. I was told they don't do loaner cars. My car had 3,000 mi I got an appointment and dropped my car off at 5 PM knowing I'd have to leave it over night. I was told they don't do loaner cars. My car had 3,000 miles when I took it in. We hit a bump one day. 2 weeks later my car flashes 3 lights and those 3 thinks quit working. The break light is also on. When they stopped working I was driving down the interstate and they just quit. At 2:20 the next day I was called and told that warranty (I have bumper to bumper) won't cover it. I was told they would charge me $130 for diagnostic. Then 2 hours labor time to fix it and wouldn't have it done that day because they got busy. Why get an appointment if it's going to just be put on the back burner?!? We ended up just picking it back up because I have to have a car. They had it for 24 hours and didn't actually work on the issue. If I can't drive my car on a Texas road without something, or 4 things going wrong, I don't need it. Especially when it has warranty. I have had a Ford and Dodge cars that I never had issues with. This is the 2nd brand new car I've bought from them and it will be the last. More

Everyone we encountered during our time there was friendly and helpful. Steve (sales mgr.) offered me a good deal by phone and in writing then followed up by sending a video he shot just for me. He greeted us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. Patsey had all the paperwork ready and the car detailed when we arrived. She also walked me through the setup and answered all my questions. Other members of the sales staff were also friendly. The showroom and restrooms are bright and clean. A professional and proficient operation. I would not hesitate to go back and recommend this dealership highly. More

Oil Change I decided to change the oil in my 2007 Honda Pilot before returning to work on Wednesday. The person who handled my service was very service oriented I decided to change the oil in my 2007 Honda Pilot before returning to work on Wednesday. The person who handled my service was very service oriented and was able to get my automobile in and out quickly. I do have a concern. About 36 hours after having my automobile serviced, the paint on the hood of my vehicle started to peel off right where the hood latch release is located. I am not sure what happened.....if the mechanic used an oily rag to shut the hood and possibly left behind some transmission fluid or some other caustic. Maybe the age of the vehicle is a factor and this was just a coincidence. Not sure but wanted to mention this. More
