Check your vehicle to make sure they preformed the work Had to take my vehicle here twice, in one week, for the same thing. I had called and made an appointment for an oil change, and to have screw put back Had to take my vehicle here twice, in one week, for the same thing. I had called and made an appointment for an oil change, and to have screw put back on the bottom engine cover. They had fallen out, and i had to zip tie them back in place. Took the car in for oil change, and to have the screws put back in. They told my wife, they did and that they had fixed the problem. I got home from work, and noticed that the zip ties where still the only thing holding the cover on. Qhwn i called and asked them how they did an oil change when they didnt removed the cover. They then tell me they didnt do the oil change, themat something was wrong with the "lifetime oil chan change plan". I called that number, they said no everything was fine. I rescheduled the car for the oil change again. Once again the dealership says that plan isn't active. After complaining about them screws not being replaced, they finally replaces the screws on the cover. More

The sales staff were courteous, professional, not pushy, and were willing to deal reasonably with us on price negotiations. The salesperson (Cyndi) was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, and helpful at every step. Finance was efficient and very friendly--though offered, no pressure to purchase "additional services." There was a ding on the bumper that they promised to repair... which they did one week after we purchased the car. Perfect job, no problems. They did not have he color of car we wanted, so the dealership located a car and had it driven in for us in the next few days. Overall, we had a great experience.
