Frustrated customer Overall, I am a frustrated customer. It is very difficult to get answers from this service center, and when you do you get different stories from di Overall, I am a frustrated customer. It is very difficult to get answers from this service center, and when you do you get different stories from different employees. I’m this particular instance, I was coming in to get 4 new tires. The initial estimate I received was difference from the amount I was asked to pay. When I ordered the tires, on a Friday, I had a gash in one of them. But, they didn’t have my tires in—instead of putting on the spare, I was just told to drive carefully, but that my tires would be in on Monday. Well, Monday rolled around and the tires were not available. So, I was left with just a warning “drive carefully” for almost 10 days, while they figured it out. Then when I finally got the tires on, I got a flat within a week. At that point I put the spare on, and brought my car in. They quickly fixed the flat, but didn’t put the spare back, like I specifically asked them to. It’s just frustrating because jobs are half done and often communication is lacking. More
