Karla O"Connor and an unnamed technician were helpful in identifying the needed items and even noted one item that was unnecessary on second thought, thus saving me some work and expense. Good job. One odd item, I thought. I waited in the waiting room while the work was done and there was a dog running loose there for the whole time. It did stay mostly in one area and seemed to be owned by someone who works there, but I thought that was inappropriate. I like dogs fine, but I don't think dogs should be present in a store of any kind unless they are are service dogs and under great control. More

Dealership was diligent to remind me of a needed recall The first time I scheduled a safety recall at this dealership the communication and follow through were so bad I couldn't get the service performed as The first time I scheduled a safety recall at this dealership the communication and follow through were so bad I couldn't get the service performed as they could not meet the promised times which jeopardized my work. I had to cancel that appointment. There was so much internal disorganization and miscommunication that I determined to get the service performed 75 miles away. While trying to schedule elsewhere, my local dealership called and offered again to perform the recall. I scheduled and they did the work this time in a reasonable time frame and manner. I indicated an additional request that my power seats quit working and i suspected a fuse. They said they would check it. When I picked up the van they said they had done the recall and replaced the fuse at no charge I checked the seats immediately and they still don't work, which makes me think they didn't check their work. If a fuse was not the solution I would have preferred they had checked their work or told me they found it not to be the problem. They missed a simple opportunity to be excellent and ended up being a disappointment. They confirmed my first impression that they are not someone I want to deal with. Perhaps, if there is a next time, I'll go to San Angelo as I intended to do this time. In addition, they never called to notify me it was ready to pick up and every time I called the phone went to voicemail. I finally had to call the sales department to reach anyone. They then offered to check the status of my order and call me back, which they did. All in all, very poor service. If anyone asked for my referral I would advise they go elsewhere. More

Service has gone downhill The last three times I have brought cars in for service, there have been issues. First, when my wife brought her car in for service, she was told tha The last three times I have brought cars in for service, there have been issues. First, when my wife brought her car in for service, she was told that it was time for a new timing belt. Her car has a timing CHAIN and not a belt. Then when she brought the car in in early June before we went on a long trip, they did not check the cabin filter. It was so dirty that the air conditioner performance would not keep the cabin cool. My son brought his car in just a few days ago. When he got it back, he noticed the performance of his AC was not good when it had been fine before he took the car in. Given our previous experience with the cabin filter, he decided to check his and discovered that it had been installed upside down. I now question the quality of your service department. More
