The special factory windshield was ordered, USAA came through , repairs were completed in record time and the Odyssey was safely on its way in record time! The only complaint was the length of time we were at the dealership...but they were very busy and had to bring the trade in vehicles back in. Only other thing was the "loan officer" didn't know what Survivorship Rights were for the car title. But he did find the form on the internet and print it out for us to sign. More
