Received multiple calls from CS trying to get me to come in to buy a car when I kept saying several times I was already working with a sales rep. Had an insurance claim where my car was set to be totaled bu in to buy a car when I kept saying several times I was already working with a sales rep. Had an insurance claim where my car was set to be totaled but was not confined yet so They wanted to trade my car in and were very helpful/willing to help get me into a car until insurance totaled it out. It seemed like once they knew I would not be having a trade in they stopped being as helpful even with a big down payment I was able to get from the claim. Said they could not go any lower on the car I wanted due to market but a day later I saw the same car listed for 2-3K less than what it was being sold to me for. VERY disappointed as I ALWAYS pay my car and my whole family goes through them, probably not anymore after this experience. More
