All Star Ford and Viva Velez are a super combination! I was curious about trading in my 2012 Ford Focus on St. Patrick's Day 2017 and I had received a mailer about All Star Ford the week before. I logged I was curious about trading in my 2012 Ford Focus on St. Patrick's Day 2017 and I had received a mailer about All Star Ford the week before. I logged on to their website and Viva Velez was the customer representative online at the time. We chatted about 5 minutes and I decided to drive 45 miles to visit the dealership. Viva and I began discussing my interest in trading in my Focus for a brand new Focus and she immediately began helping me pick out a new one. I test drove 2 vehicles and finally decided on the 2016 Ford Focus Titanium. The financing of the new Focus was fast and her service was extremely friendly and thorough. Viva is absolutely the best Sales Manager that I have ever dealt with. Viva took the time to listen to my needs and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will recommend All Star Ford to anyone who is searching for a quality vehicle and an awesome buying experience. This is my third Ford Focus and I just love these cars. The Ford Focus is a great looking and stylish sedan with super gas mileage. On the highway I have gotten 40 mpg when I take trips to L.A. and Montana! I can even fit my whole drumset in this car. Ford has always taken care of me when I have encountered any problems and I look forward to putting 100,000 plus miles on my new Focus. Again, thank you Viva Velez and All Star Ford for this super purchasing experience! More

All Star is a great place to buy a Truck! I was very impressed by the responsiveness and straight dealing of Marshall at All Star Ford. He worked with me to find out how much truck I need (and things I don't need). Buying a new car is very confusing with the different trim packages and options available and Marshall explained everything and made sure I got the truck of my dreams for the best price around. More
Very bad experience with Finance department I purchase ford Mustang GT for my son I was treated good by (JOE)internet sales department but finance, when we were signing contract finance manager( I purchase ford Mustang GT for my son I was treated good by (JOE)internet sales department but finance, when we were signing contract finance manager(Kevin) sold us warranty, told us it was ford dealer warranty but last week I got card in mail it was not dealer warranty it was third party warranty when I really told him I don't want to buy third party warranty because I had really bed exp. for my BMW warranty I bought form third party but he wanted to make more commission to sell me that warranty but not thinking of his customer just about his pocket. We call that warranty company to cancel it but they told only dealer can cancel it ,we went to the dealer waited over 2 hours meet with other finance manager, fill up cancelation form and was told other manger only can cancel it. We left the paper work with, it's them been 4 -5 days no call now I read contract if we cancel with in 60 days we won't get charge I think they waiting for 60 days to pass so he can make some $$$ I wont do any business with them and write my exp on all web site I can so no one else ill get rip off and open up case with BBB. Horrible purchase and termination experience Dealer constantly trying to jack up price during sale, even after agreeing on final price, then when I was sure the negotiating was done then added $5 Dealer constantly trying to jack up price during sale, even after agreeing on final price, then when I was sure the negotiating was done then added $52 to the price and made it seem like "no big deal" -- WHAT? Then the guy that test drove with me pocketed my license, and went home with it. Got it back hours later and needed it to complete the lease. 8 hours to buy a car!! Everytime I asked questions like how much would the lease be if I went to 15K from 12K miles, the guy would leave for 10 entire minutes. This is some tactic to make me wait and not negotiate. I can use an online configurator that automatically estimates payments so this was a slimey waste my time tactic to make me give up. Then on lease exit I had to call many times to get a service apt scheduled and everyone seemed to be confused about what to do if a vehicle needs to be towed in 2 days before the lease is due. Then the lease termination guy Marshall constantly ignored my messages on my machine, he'd call and say I need to talk to service and I'd insist I wanted to come and talk about lease termination but it was like he was earplugs on or something and just kept saying GO TO SERVICE. Service told me to talk to finance about lease termination. Eventually someone tells me yes Marshall IS the lease termination guy. So I call him and again he is confused asking why I am calling him I should go to service. I explain, for literally the fourth time, that I had a car in for service THAT NOW NEEDS A LEASE TERMINATION. For the love of god. He finally got it. Said he ignores the rest of what people say when he thinks it isn't for him --- in his mind he said his brain shut down on what I was saying as soon as the word "Service" was used. And so Marshall tells me to come in between 2-3 and "hope" that he is free and not selling a lot of cars, otherwise he'd be too busy. Wow, way to insult your customers on the way out. I tried to terminate my lease the day before it was due, Marshall couldn't understand the messages. On the day it was due, Marshall finally understood but said it was too late to do a termination (at 4pm?? I think he means he wants to go home). So I ask if I am going to be considered having turned the car in on time, he says yes of course. Then I show up the day after the lease is up and go to him at 2:50 like he suggested. I wait 8 minutes(counted) for him to finish his phone call. Then he tells me I need to go to service to get my vehicle. I about blew my own set of gaskets at this point. If he had told me I had to do that first the previous day, I could have avoided waiting 8 minutes for him to finish a phone call. Took 15 mins to get my car from service. He said technically I was still the owner, so it is possible lI'm gonna be charged for owning the car "one day too long" -- uggh despite his claims I wouldn't and earlier failures to listen or understand to complete messages . So after 15 minutes at service (sure woulda been nice if the previous day he told them to have it ready for me at 2) I start walking back to Marshall and I went back in a different way, only to notice him outside on the phone. To me this seemed like he was ducking dealing with me. I waited for him to finish his phone call outside and we went inside. Then he immediately made me go back to the car to get the mileage. This is tiring. Is this the first time he has done a lease termination? Oh my. Back to car, back to Marshall. Finally sign papers, it takes 5 mins. I would note that he initially wanted my signature without telling me what it was for. When I asked to see what I was signing, he treated me like I was being difficult or silly. Nobody should sign something they have not read! Ugh. I could go on and on but it is pointless. I don't like all star ford at all, terrible buying experience, terrible termination experience run arounds, nobody knows what they are doing. On top of it, the first tow truck driver I called from Ford Roadside service did not have jumper cables or a way to tow the car. He had me attempt to jump it with my own cables, even though I told him it would not jump. He left and I called back for a real driver. Personally, I knew the battery was dead, and Ford should have just sent someone to replace the battery on site. Woulda been cheaper and easier for everyone More
