When we got there we asked for the salesman we talk to on the phone and we introduce our self. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Spoke with service manager, Chris, and he lied about they have 100 on Friday (all 3 service advisors and the cashier was there could be my witness) and also tell me to bring the car to other dealer since I am mad about taking a day off for repair (no shuttle service). Is it possible they did 50 vehicles for brake flexible line repair on Friday and Monday, they don't even have that many mechanics doing that service (common sense, you need 7 or 8 mechanics to do that work to finish 50 vehicles in 2 days since job required 2 to 4 hours per them). Try to compliant, no-one care, Sale manager, Mike doesn't return call; another manager above client relation manager, Chris said they repair 150 vehicles per day, ask to see repair record for brake flexible line for those 2 days if over 50. phone just go silent. I guess they are all used car salesmen (liar, liar, liar). EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE THE SERVICE MANAGER ADVISED, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SOMEONE ELSE OR OTHER DEALER. More

Bait you in then added fees in finance I was trying to purchase a 2020 F-250 Lariat from this dealer, based on the Edmund's locator. My daughter works at her computer all day, so she was ne I was trying to purchase a 2020 F-250 Lariat from this dealer, based on the Edmund's locator. My daughter works at her computer all day, so she was negotiating for my truck. The complete negotiations were done, price was agreed on (including tax and license/DMV fees) with Michael Meredith, the General Sales Manager. When the sale was moved to the financing department, there was a new charge of $257.00 for the DMV weight fee added by Chris. When my daughter said this was not part of the agreement he was rude and demeaning to her as a women (very chauvinistic attitudes at this dealer). At this point I have provided all information and proof of insurance for the sale. I am also 360 miles away and had a semitruck available to haul the truck to me and they refused remote signing and demanded we come to them face to face. They finally agreed to at least meet halfway at a truck stop on the road. I decided to call them myself and spoke to Chris in Finance who was rude and completely disregarded what they were doing was not right. He basically told me he would not remove the charge and we had to understand with the cost of sending 2 drivers to meet us, he could not lower purchase price to cover the $257.00 error because of their oversight. So, I said "Oh you are charging a delivery fee" to which he stated it wasn't. At that point I told him that we were done and we and anyone we know would never by from them. I also told him, not only was I going to give them the terrible review, I am going to call Ford Motor Company and file a complaint. I would not use this dealer for any motor vehicle needs. More

Great Service from Olivia at All Star Ford I purchased an F-150 from Olivia. The truck I wanted wasn't in stock, but Olivia quickly found it and delivered it to personally at my home. The price was right and her service was exceptional. Chris Fizal was the finance manager. I wasn't planning on financing the truck, but he showed me how to save even more money by financing. Great service. UPDATE: The truck was delivered with 125 miles and I owned the truck for less than a week when I discovered a nail in the sidewall of a tire. The tire could not be repaired. Now, we'll never know whether the nail appeared before or after I took delivery, but Sales Manager Cruz was more than fair in agreeing to cover the repair. More

They called me the next day and said “ they don’t do business out of state “ . I come to find out a walk in customer came into the dealer for the same car and offered more money. So not only do I have inquiry’s on my credit I wasted two days going back and fourth to be lied to . Called the owner all day would not return my calls . Manager “Chris” was completely nasty and not to mention a horrible liar . Stay away plenty of ford dealers around . Not to mention when I was on the phone with the saleswoman she was speaking to the finance manager and I could hear him say . “ what the xxxx does this guy want I’ve wasted enough time this morning on this xxxxing deal , tell him this isn’t xxxxing Burger King it’s not have it your way . If Bryan tells me to fed ex the papers I will I don’t care who buys the xxxxing truck “ this is how a ford dealer does business ?? Not to mention the deal was done the night before with bank approval .I also spoke to Wells Fargo who approved the loan and they had absolutely no clue what the dealer is talking about they do tons of out of state sales ..
