The service via the app wasn't super thorough, but Frank was able to adjust my request according to how I explained my concerns. I needed my brakes inspected before my trip to Tahoe. I appreciate the help I get from this dealership! More
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been working with ASF for the last 7 months on acquiring hybrid cars for the company I work for. To date, I have purchased a total of 11 cars, 1 van, and leased 5 cars. I will be going there again next week to lease 5 more. This last weekend, I pulled the trigger on an F-150 for me personally. The experience I've had was nothing short of excellent. Here are some of the pros that I experienced with ASF: 1. Friendly and professional staff. 2. Competitive, fair pricing and great inventory. 3. Ease of doing business with them. 4. Service above anything. 5. Simply, great genuine human beings. 6. Caring, knowledgeable, and did I mention friendly? Cons: 0 zero, zilch, nada. Special kudos and thanks to: Jhosseline, Kyhan, Rob, Chris, Mike, Luis. You guys are making all the difference there and I hope that your owner knows it. Thank you for all you have done for me and I look forward to doing more business with you for many years to come. More
Save your money, time and stress, do not buy here! All promises of good services, free car rental available, etc. When we need it, it is all a different story, all fake promises. After 20 years being All promises of good services, free car rental available, etc. When we need it, it is all a different story, all fake promises. After 20 years being a ford client, I am leaving it. No one deserves irresponsibility and careless. Do not trust them or disappointment will be at your way. The good services and care with clients are gone! Very disappointed. More
Your a 1 Star at All Star. Incompetent liars. Chris Tastard the service manager should be managing french fries at a fast food restaurant. Will not be back. Will no longer buy Incompetent liars. Had a phenomenal experience with Danny and Manny. I've had experiences in the past where dealerships blew me off because of my casual dress and assumptions about what I can afford. Stopped by to c I've had experiences in the past where dealerships blew me off because of my casual dress and assumptions about what I can afford. Stopped by to check out the new Bronco Sport since the local Toyota Dealership had NO INVENTORY! Manny came right up to me and provided top-notch service and clearly wanted my business. He even let me test drive to show the car to my family so we can make the decision. Danny has also been great, each and every time I stop by to answer some questions after the sale. He runs out to greet me even if I am in the Parts department to pickup some extra goodies for the vehicle. I must say I am wholely impressed by the team at All Star Ford and will make sure I am back to buy my next few vehicles from this exceptional dealer. More

ALERT!!! ****PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SPENDING A DIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP **** I SWEAR TO GOD every word of this is the truth. ALL-STAR FORD? I understand that the Car industry is a super hard field THIS DEALERSHIP **** I SWEAR TO GOD every word of this is the truth. ALL-STAR FORD? I understand that the Car industry is a super hard field to work in because of the vehicle Shortage, but the way we were treated at this place is crazy. First off, this started off with the True Car website stating that the dealership had the Car on the lot for a specific price. We found the Car we wanted and decided to drive to the Car's lot. Just for my wife can check it out in person that night. The Car was not there. The salesman Danny stated it would be a few days, even weeks, because of the Shortage; he asked for our number, and he'd call when it arrived. The Car came literally the following day; he called me over 5 times, telling me about the Car and how many people were calling for this Car. (Creating a Demand) - Red flag The sales department got the scent of me and my wife was super inexperienced with dealing with the car dealership, and we were trying to buy a new car. They took advantage of us in a MAJOR WAY!!!!!!. They Checked our credit tons of times and said we didn't have the best, which is correct but is not bad credit, but they use that towards us as leverage to F*** us... The Car Price MSRP was $66,000, and they Marked it up 21k!!!!!! Above MSRP ($87,950) Red Flag #1. and Told us it's "Normal" every dealership in the area is Marking up because of the Shortage. Again being super inexperienced, it seemed super suspicious. Still, I went along with it because my wife really loved the Car. We had a Trade-in vehicle and a Large Cash for the down payment. Red Flag #2 asked us for more cash because of our credit ( after seeing they were pushing it ); they backed off and took us to the Financial Office. I KID you not. Chris doesn't seem like a bad guy, but he knows we didn't know anything about buying cars. I asked questions he was deflecting so good and fast-talking to get us to sign these papers. Red Flag #3 -- The Financial manager (chris) didn't know anything about selling a Fully electric car. He tried to sell the Service package and told us we would have oil changes and brakes covered for 7 years.. he added over 13,000 in Service Packages to our loan. Red Flag #4, HE WAS LITERALLY SHAKING during the paperwork signing. To get to the End of the story we signed the paper even after all the red flags, but God blessed us. And the service mechanic person who was supposed to inspect the Car (because this Car was fresh off the delivery truck) went home for the day. And could not inspect the Car until Sunday or Monday, so we couldn't take possession of the vehicle till then. I went home and literally studied that paperwork and saw what they did; not only did they fold my trade-in into the deal plus my significant cash down payment to the point where we were paying DOUBLE THE MSRP! At the End of our term of the vehicle. Oh, first thing in the morning, I admit I was pissed. So I went back to the dealership and told them I wanted out of the deal. The sweet-talking fast-talking went out the window.. the Jig was up first; I requested my cashback and trade-in. Still, the financial manager tried to claim that the paperwork had already been sent. He couldn't do anything about it without his manager's approval, even after telling us that we could back out of the deal the evening before. I got to the point where I felt like I was ready to go to jail over this. They wouldn't return my cash; they claimed an armored truck came to pick up deposits, and my money was gone; they would return it via Check. (Which they Did return it) I understand it's on me for being inexperienced Where is a courtesy where is the honesty where is the customer service where is the humanity.... If I would have drove that car off the lot I would have been stuck paying double for a car .. n they did that without any shame .. By the way, the Salesman was Danny, the Financial manager was Chris (I think), and The Guy behind the deal desk (Forgot his name), but this happened on 1/08/21 between 11am-5pm. If corp would like to ask questions. These Guys are putting shame on the All-Star Ford Name. I will never step foot on this lot again, not even for servicing my Car almost turned away from Ford altogether. Got the Car, the same Car with even more features and a higher package for MSRP price from a Nearby Dealership. DO NOT SHOP HERE. GO ELSEWHERE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
