I discovered that my email was typed wrong by Ford for the Rewards Card from the beginning, so I don't know if I have ever received rewards on my vehicle repairs which totaled thousands of dollars. Also the repair was to replace the inside rear view mirror and I have to take it back for a second time because it is stuck and won't move. Does anybody double check their work or other's work? Thirdly, there is a 2,000 point rewards offer for a new battery and I got a new battery but I didn't get the Rewards points. Also they left my black car in the hot sun for hours on the day of pick up, so I could not get in my car or drive. More
