Horrible Customer Service!!!!!! Very nasty attitude and horrible customer service! I dropped my vehicle off a day in advance of my next day appointment. After waiting all day and not being able to get through to them on the phone, I went up there just to find that my jeep had not been worked on at all! It hadn't even been pulled into the repair area (the repair area manager is extremely rude, with an I don't care attitude). Each person I spoke with regarding my jeep was rude and could not give me a reason why my vehicle was still sitting there and not being worked on. They acted as if they didn't have time for me and as if I was a bother to them! Good customer service goes a long way, and when a company's employees are rude and displays bad or no customer service skills, that company loses! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE! Oh, this is the second time this kind of service has happened. I won't try for a third!!! More

Grade A service my experience with allstar was grade A. They stayed true and accurate to my appointment. This dealership also was very friendly. I had a advisor in service by the name of jason gross that treated my vehicle as his own. He stayed after hours to help, and worked hard until my service was done and complete! The other advisors were also very nice and friendly as well. I was called on every update and provided with a rental once they started repairs as a complimentary deal. THANKS ALLSTAR!! More

I have taken my cars to All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep for 10+ years and have always had great service. The employees are courteous and friendly. I always feel they are honest about the services I need- if 10+ years and have always had great service. The employees are courteous and friendly. I always feel they are honest about the services I need- if something doesn't have to be done, they recommend not doing it at that time. They tell me what they would do if it was their car. I've also purchased a car from them and had an equally as pleasant experience. I had done my research, and they were very fair. Would I recommend All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep for service? Absolutely! All star has been great to work with. They are extremely honest and don't try to push on you services that you don't need for your car. We have bought a jeep from them, and take both of our jeeps there f honest and don't try to push on you services that you don't need for your car.
