DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Do Not Use This Dealership!!! I have a Jeep Commander which came in because it didn't start and also for a ignition recall. The Jeep sat approximate Do Not Use This Dealership!!! I have a Jeep Commander which came in because it didn't start and also for a ignition recall. The Jeep sat approximately 3 months without any work on it. They later advised me that it needed a fuel pump that they could not find. I called a friend and located a fuel pump for my vehicle in about 3 days and even had it delivered to the service department. They replaced the fuel pump and the vehicle was repaired, however they wanted to charge me full price for all the work and PJ in service advised me that they would not be repairing the ignition switch recall. He stated that it was an " optional" repair by Chrysler, however since the visit, I have received over a dozen recall notices to repair the safety issue. More
Just needed an inspection Came in without an appointment, as usual, to see if I could get an inspection on my 2013 Dodge Dart. Four radios and four door handles replaced on this vehicle, unique items to go bad on a 2008 Chrysler 300. Runs great! More
Great Customer Service Katy performed excellent customer service I dropped off my vehicle Oct 10 for a recall and when I received vehicle after work was performed I noticed Katy performed excellent customer service I dropped off my vehicle Oct 10 for a recall and when I received vehicle after work was performed I noticed some oil stains on my passenger seat which was not there before I dropped off the vehicle.So when I got back to the office I called right away and got Katy's voice mail and it was not more then 3 minutes later she called back and said she was sorry that did happen and she said bring the vehicle in and we will get it taken care of.Oct 11th I did bring the vehicle in and got the stains removed and was back on the road in 20 minutes.Katy does rock and thank you for the great customer service. More
