Wrong Diagnostic I’m a little concerned because on a Ram truck which is made by Dodge/Chrysler and I take my truck to a Dodge dealership and they can’t figure out why I’m a little concerned because on a Ram truck which is made by Dodge/Chrysler and I take my truck to a Dodge dealership and they can’t figure out why my A/C compressor is kicking on and off. I spent money for a diagnostic which I was told there was a bad hose. I bring my vehicle back in for the repair of the hose and I’m told it’s not the hose. So I was charged for them recharging the system and adding oil to the system which didn’t turn out to be the problem. I’m baffled how a professionally trained Dodge technician who works on these same types of vehicles everyday can’t figure out what’s wrong with my Dodge Ram truck. Help me to understand. I didn’t deal with the mechanic one on one so I didn’t give him a rating but I rated his work. More

Got a call later that day with a diagnosis (engine problem, not obvious or easy to find) and estimate. Repairs were made and got my truck back in just a couple of days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both in-person and on the phone. More
