My unexpected visit. My wife and I were out shopping for a specific vehicle at another dealer just down the road. When the other dealer lost our business because they would not honor a verbal agreement they had made over the phone. We had driven over an hour to reach this dealer. I personally was very frustrated with the normal "Dealer games" that are a common occurrence. My wife and I just happened to pass the All-Star dealership on our way home and decided to stop and look. Dealing with Brandon was truly a "breathe of fresh air". While we did still have quite a long visit there, Brandon and his co-workers did everything they could to give us a Great experience. My All Star Experience - from First contact to keys in hand I recently purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee from All Star. Joe Zucchero was the key player making the deal happen. Joe contacted me and knew based on 'true car' what I was looking for. He asked appropriate questions, immediately searched for what I wanted. He never tried to upsale me, nor try to push me in a direction I didn't want to go. He was straightforward. After narrowing the decision down to 2 dealers, Joe knew just how to 'sweeten' the deal. After a couple hiccups on date of sale, cleared up by Scott, all went well. Joe was unavailable by the time the Jeep was ready (he was there all day getting the Jeep from Illinois and cleaned up).
