My unexpected visit. My wife and I were out shopping for a specific vehicle at another dealer just down the road. When the other dealer lost our business because they would not honor a verbal agreement they had made over the phone. We had driven over an hour to reach this dealer. I personally was very frustrated with the normal "Dealer games" that are a common occurrence. My wife and I just happened to pass the All-Star dealership on our way home and decided to stop and look. Dealing with Brandon was truly a "breathe of fresh air". While we did still have quite a long visit there, Brandon and his co-workers did everything they could to give us a Great experience.
