All they want is your money and that's it Jay Poke is a horrible salesman who only wants your sale and that's it. I paid full price for my car and had to get it from another dealer. When my car arrived I made an appointment when I'd come to pick it up. When I arrived Jay was out doing an errand. I waited for hours for him to get back when he finally did he agreed to give me window tinting. When it was time to schedule my service appointment he didn't return my emails and it was hard to reach him. I finally took my car in to get the work he wasn't there I talked to the assistant manager and he said he'd take care of everything. I picked my car up and the only thing done was the trailer hitch that was planned and nothing else I also got a surprise of yellow paint on the bottom of my car. I talked to the head sales manager Justin Akin and he denied any said agreements and told me that I put the yellow paint on my car when you can clearly see they tried cleaning it off my tire rims. This place only want your sale and that's it. I have never been treated so horribly for the amount of money I spent. Don't go here you won't be happy!! More
