DO NOT shop here! Purchased a 2015 Jeep, but when it came to my recalls and repairs after only a few months they would not help me. I made an appointment and was told it meant nothing and that it wasn't "their fault they had cars from the previous day they didn't get to." They told me if I wanted my 5 month old Jeep fixed, I would have to leave it when them for days, and they would not provide a rental. I complained, I heard nothing. My brother complained (on my behalf), he received a response within 30 minutes from Justin A. He then responded that Justin should contact me because my experience and Justin has never gotten back to him once he mentioned it was for his sister. I complained a 2nd and 3rd time and have yet to hear, after weeks. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! More

Additionally we have told our friends who might be looking fir a vechicle about Ach Jones and ALLSTAR. We had financing set through our creit union but ALLSTAR gave us a better deal. We ended up order seversl accessories because of Zach. The people who eorked in Sevice and Parts were also great. We are enjoying our Jeep.
