On their website it says guarantee approval no matter what your situation is. LIE. They Got my friend all excited with driving a car and having a good selection picked out. Well when it came time for financing decisions from the bank we had to wait until Monday to find out. Patrick Casey did not even have the decency to call my friend back and tell him he couldn't help him. It's been a week and there has still been no calls or anything. So just for the simple fact he didn't have the guts to do that is completely bogus and I will never send anyone their way again after the lies he told. And to whoever the used car manager is. Telling someone to file bankruptcy to "restart" they're life fresh. Your pathetic. More

Then Garry made sure to account for any and all discounts that I rated. Once Gary got the paperwork drawn up, he passed it to Bill, a finance manager, to run my credit application. Bill took great care in ensuring that I got the best deal possible, and that I also understood what kind of payment I would be looking at. All in all, that kept it simple and up front. They told me if I wanted my 5 month old Jeep fixed, I would have to leave it when them for days, and they would not provide a rental. I complained, I heard nothing. My brother complained (on my behalf), he received a response within 30 minutes from Justin A. He then responded that Justin should contact me because my experience and Justin has never gotten back to him once he mentioned it was for his sister. I complained a 2nd and 3rd time and have yet to hear, after weeks. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! More
