Not overly impressed with saleman's knowledge. I felt that the salesman was more interested in making a sale for the dealership, rather than working with us to get the best deal. I had to request most of the information about the vehicle and its discounts. After completing deal, we were informed it would take about two hours to detail auto, that was around three p.m., we did not get out of there till after around seven p.m. We asked about a few items about the car, and the salesman indicated that he did not know and had to contact other salesmen. We had to wait another 45 minutes because we indicated that we might want to trade in our 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis if we could get a decent price for it. Instead of telling us it would only be about $500, he requested our keys and made us wait while his estimator took the vehicle for a checkout. Had we known it would not have been over $500, we would have signed the papers immediately. As a side note, after spending around four hours waiting for the auto to be cleaned, my wife was not impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle when it finally arrived. More

Unprofessional salesman I was referred by a private dealer to come check this place out because they highly recommend it. Just left this dealership and I will never come back again. I completely understand it's a business and profits need to be made. But I also know negotiating works both ways and I appreciate everyone who was trying to help. When the sales man (Sean) came back to me after my terms were not met (I know how to negotiate) he said he looks like a xxxxxxx and incompetent to his coworkers. Blew my mind that he even said that to me. In the end when he proceeded to get pissed off that I walked away from the deal he started to throw an attitude at me right in the middle of the lobby. I told him he shouldn't be like that and should act more professional ( mind you while other customers are right next to us as we are starting to raise our voice) and I told him listen, this is not the first car I have ever bought in my life. And then he replied well it's the last time you'll ever be in this dealership and proceeded to be a complete dick. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was the biggest xxxxxxx I have ever came across when it was all said and done.
