Best experience so far I worked with Pat Casey to get my 2015 Chrysler 200. I had less than perfect credit. Every other dealership that I had visited told me that I would ne I worked with Pat Casey to get my 2015 Chrysler 200. I had less than perfect credit. Every other dealership that I had visited told me that I would need a cosigner or LOTS of money down. Pat was able to get me financed. And in a car THAT DAY. I expressed to him what I was looking for and what kind of monthly payment I could afford. He actually let me CHOOSE my car. He showed me the amount that I was approved for. And then showed me cars in that price range. And my car payment is HALF of what I expected!!! VERY VERY pleasant experience. He set realistic expectations and met them as well. I was certain that I would NOT leave with a car. But Pat made it happen! My next car will most definitely be purchased at AllStar. More

Ordered a BLUE Chrysler 300...gave me GREY. Won't fix error I finally found the car I wanted: a 2016 Chrysler 300. Told the salesman I didn't want white, black or grey. He found me a BLUE one so I placed the I finally found the car I wanted: a 2016 Chrysler 300. Told the salesman I didn't want white, black or grey. He found me a BLUE one so I placed the order. After 10 days I went in at 6pm to sign the paperwork. Walked out to a dark parking lot, excited to get my new car. Didn't notice it was GREY until it was too late. Called 4 times, including sales manager, but no one would return my call. Finally stopped in and they said they couldn't replace with the color I ordered because it now had over 500 miles so they "couldn't sell it as a new car". Problem is, they sold it to me with 485 miles on it; my drive home and back to the dealership put it over that. This was THEIR error, not mine. But I'm stuck with a $30K car in a color I specifically said I didn't want. SO DISAPPOINTED!! More
