Great Customer Service Katy performed excellent customer service I dropped off my vehicle Oct 10 for a recall and when I received vehicle after work was performed I noticed Katy performed excellent customer service I dropped off my vehicle Oct 10 for a recall and when I received vehicle after work was performed I noticed some oil stains on my passenger seat which was not there before I dropped off the vehicle.So when I got back to the office I called right away and got Katy's voice mail and it was not more then 3 minutes later she called back and said she was sorry that did happen and she said bring the vehicle in and we will get it taken care of.Oct 11th I did bring the vehicle in and got the stains removed and was back on the road in 20 minutes.Katy does rock and thank you for the great customer service.
